Low Cloud Over the View is a signed, limited edition print (1 of only 5) taken from my original painting created in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, looking out from Buttertubs Pass on a moody, cloud-filled day. The landscape melts into mist as the road disappears into the distance, evoking a sense of space, calm, and quiet connection with the land.

I painted this scene first on location, using watercolour and chalk paint to respond to the weather and the moment. Later, in my studio, I worked in acrylic to build softness, atmosphere, and expressive detail. The final piece features gentle pastel tones, free-flowing blue lines, and my signature contemporary approach to British landscape.
