Refund policy

Please be aware that certain items, such as personalised prints or phone cases, are made-to-order and, regrettably, cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Order items like commissions require a 50% deposit and final payment before artwork is sent.  Commissions are non-returnable.

For other products. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, please notify within 14 days returns postage is at the cost of the customer. Returned item must be in it's original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. 

Please note:Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
