Shipping and Delivery Guide
I aim to pack and process all orders within 1-3 days of payment.
I mainly use Royal Mail for UK orders and either UPS, FED-EX, Yodel or Evri for larger orders. For large artwork, I can use a specialist shopping company on request, there is an additional charge for this.
Most small orders are standard parcel orders and are 48 hour tracked service or 2nd class post. There are options to upgrade delivery, the auto-select chooses the best combination and is based on weight, you can also choose you delivery options at check out.

As I grow my business I will be expanding to EU and International shipping on deliveries so at the moment they are available on request.
All original artwork and signed prints are sent to you directly from the studio (signed giclee print delivery times can sometimes take a few days more depending on print run)

You will sometimes see 2 delivery prices. This is because the items are posted from different locations. The cheapest option is auto- selected for you and all calculations are based on weight of the parcel and packaging. You can chose other options at check out. Prices from £1.90 |

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make and will be discussed with you in detail before hand.
Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.
Delivery times

The Seller will include details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once you’ve placed the order.
If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact the Seller by using the contact link on your order confirmation email.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the Seller will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the Seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
Delivery and promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.
UK delivery of standard products
Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.
If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page.
UK delivery of non-standard products
A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.
UK tracked express delivery
If you need something quickly, many Sellers offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the by the date stated on the product page at the time of ordering.
International delivery (Available on request at the moment)
International delivery is available on many products, and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product.
EU regulations are changing at the moment so I am researching matters and hope to be able to deliver to EU countries as soon as possible.
Western Europe
Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

Import Duties and Customs:
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
